Installation notes for Presscon PIN

Step 1)  Download the PIN file from the internet.
This is a self extracting file containing everything required 
for installation.

Step 2)  Run the file using the windows run command. 
When prompted extract the files to a temporary directory, 
for example C:\TEMP. If files of the same name exist in this 
directory they will need to be replaced by selecting YES when
prompted. Make sure they are not required by another program.
Do not extract the files to the directory PIN will be installed in, 
usually C:\PIN.

Step 3)  Run the SETUP.EXE which is now in the temporary 
directory using the windows run command. 
Follow the prompts to install PIN.
