2007 Field Programmer

HOT!!! The new field programmer allows upload and download of Phasefale controllers programms directly to the controller or to the memory chip. 2007 JouleTemp adds Humidity

Humidity control ( humidify+ dehumidfy), alarm ( hi,lo+delay) and logging ( up to 6 years) is added to JouleTemp. 2 types of sensor are offered: low cost commercial grade and precision industrial type 4-20mA.

2005 DIN Mount range of Presscon cards

The whole line up of Presscon input, relay and anlogue output, interface and data logging, power supply boards have been re-designed to fit in DIN rail mounting cases for reduced size ( relay board takes only 40% of original size) and simpler mounting. 

2004 Phasefale products HACCP Endorsed for Food Safety Programs

2003 Mlog Card released

A New and powerful communications card is released for Presscon - MLog which is the platform for improved communications via modem, on site PC. The new card includes 2 high speed comms ports, over 16M memory for expanded data logging and a system time base. Mlog becomes the backbone  of robust Pesscons communications.

2003 System Control, Multi Rack and DDC Updated

New versions of our most popular controllers are released along with an upgrade - faster and more memory to the controllers hardware with more.  Amongst the highlights of the new features are System control: night setback functions for temperatures, channel outputs for more alarm, memory and defrost functionality, improved diagnostics, virtual outputs. Multi Rack: night setback for suctions control, virtual outputs, heat reclaim functions. DDC: expanded time clock functions including "range of date" for holidays, static pressure control, additional alarm and fault functions.

August 2002 Quadro+ V8 Released
The Quadro+V8 is a 2 heat+2 cool HVAC controller offering programmability, time delays, automatic heat cool operation, setback functions, economizing and more in a compact DIN rail mounting package. With the addition of the auxiliary board, the Quadro+ can control 4 heat and 4 cooling channels.
Phasefale's popular Quadro+ is re-released. After a period of absence due to non availability of the enclosure, Quadro+ is re-released in an improved format which includes reduced power consumption (less heat dissipation and new remote setpoint function.

2002 Pressnet becomes system of choice for major supermarket Chains.

After successful trials,  Pressnet Systems become standard specification for 2 of Australia's largest supermarket chains, the in store PC offering excellent communications of alarm and other events to the store operators.  Pressnet's advanced remote access communications which includes internet access or phone dial in also offers contractors a powerful diagnostic tool.  

Pressnet also offers exceptional graphing capabilities and has a unique multi colored trace which CHANGES COLOUR with the systems status condition.  The trace colors include Blue for normal running, Red for alarm, Amber for defrost purple for isolated and grey for off.   Graphs are automatically stored at 1 minute intervals and go back from the sites installation. 

A history log panel also details all system events such as alarms, restorals, system changes and even logs a parameter change.  For example a log is made when a set point is changed and includes the time, the presscon making the change, the systems details and of course the settings before and after the change.  History logs can be sorted and searched and go back to the start of the installation.

Another important feature of Pressnet is its ability to be easily installed: just add the PC to the Presscon system and it AUTOMATICALLY configures itself and starts logging ALL temperatures, pressures, input and system events.

June 2001 CD Rom Version 3 released

Phasefale releases a major update to their CD-Rom reference disk- Version 3. Version 3 includes an exciting new introductory video. The CD is packed with over 250 MB of information, including comprehensive information on the new Presscon DDC Air conditioning control system, Refrigeration System products and the new Pressnet internet based communications system for Presscon.

May 2001 MP15/D

After 30 years of reliable service in the field of three phase motor protection, Phasefale adds a new model MP15 ["D" Model"] the the lineup which has a circuit breaker profile suitable for air conditioning and other applications. The D model includes all the features of the MP15 but in a more compact form factor. An economy model is also planned.

April 2001 AC & G Probes

Phasefale release the A,C & G probes: drop in replacement thermistors to replace Microm, All-Tech and CPC * sensors. The AC& G probes meet the original manufacturers specifications for accuracy and are produced using Phasefale’s special M Probe (Phasefale type thermistor) encapsulation method. April 2000 Production training to IPC 711/7721

Unlike many of its competitors, Phasefale designs and manufacturers ALL its products in house to ISO9001 standard. To further our manufacturing expertise, our assemblers all attended a three day course on IPC711 &7721, these are run to international standards and are designed to increase the accuracy and reliability of our soldering and assembly processes.

January 2001 Pressnet Trial.

In its third major trial, Pressnet is installed in a major Australian supermarket chain. The system is installed with a dial up phone connection to complement the internet based access already established in April 2000 in an IGA store in Victoria.

December 2000 Multi Rack Controller.

Based on the Multi version control released in October 2000, the multi rack is released which has the ability to control 4 suction and discharge groups. With all the most popular functions found in our rack controller, the Multi Rack pushes the performance boundaries for Rack control and is an instant success.

October 2000 Multi Controller Released

The attractive looks and sleek design of the Multi control hide a powerful controller of upgraded speed and memory from the control it replaces. Each multi control can be set to one of eight controller types, saving on stocking and ordering costs. Multi Control is therefore a complete solution to all refrigeration and air conditioning control applications simply by the changing of the DIP switches on the main board.
